If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours at rayestouch@gmail.com. To qualify for an exchange due to damage during shipping, you will be required to provide your order and tracking numbers plus pictures of the damaged box, the damaged item in the box as it arrived, and all the original packaging.
