Returns & Shipping

Return Policy
No returns, refunds, or warranty available. Exchanges only permitted in the event a wrong item is shipped or an item is damaged by the shipping carrier. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours at rayestouch@gmail.com. To qualify for an exchange due to damage during shipping, you will be required to provide your order and tracking numbers plus pictures of the damaged box, the damaged item in the box as it arrived, and all the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges in rare cases where an item may be approved for an unopened exchange or return; returns will be refunded via store credit and incur a 15% restocking fee.


Shipping Calculations & Estimates 

Shipping rates for all items sold at Raye's Touch are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When an order is placed, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the selected items and the chosen shipping options. Depending on the chosen shipping carrier, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Shipping

Raye's Touch ships via USPS, FedEx, & UPS. Most in stock items ship within 5 business days, on orders completed by 3 PM CST Monday through Friday. FLASH sales, etc... may require an additional 1 - 2 business days for order processing, depending on order volume.

Note: There are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be safely shipped.

Unfortunately, USPS, FedEx & UPS packages may be delayed due to personnel shortages related to COVID-19 and/or weather delays, where applicable.

Raye's Touch OKC Metro Delivery

As of April 1, 2024, we no longer offer delivery in the OKC Metro Area.
