*To properly burn a candle, the wick should be trimmed to 1/4" prior to lighting. Once the wick is trimmed, discard any debris, light and enjoy. Do not extinguish the candle until the entire top layer is melted, the first time lighting. Trim the wick to 1/4" prior to lighting each time you are ready to enjoy.

To qualify for an exchange due to damage during shipping, you will be required to provide your order and tracking numbers plus pictures of the damaged box, the damaged item in the box as it arrived, and all the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges in rare cases where an item may be approved for an unopened exchange or return; returns will be refunded via store credit and incur a 15% restocking fee.
